New logo / type for my personal Identity

This is my concept of a new logo for the search engine Google. Clean, fun, efficient, modern and in keeping with the Google brand feel.

Recently I was selected out  of over 1028 people across America, as a semi-finalist in the upcoming reality show America’s Next Top Graphic Designer. The competition is still underway, so i’m in the process of making it through the elimination round now. Not much I can say except that the first challenge was to Re-brand a Film Festival organization with Logo and complimentary website. We had aprox 3.5 hours to work with, and very specific requirements.  The chosen piece will actually be used for the brand. Here is a taste of the piece I did for the challenge. [below]

I’m excited for what came out of that time and I will let you know updates on how the show progresses when I am allowed!

Original website we were re-designing:

I did this logo for a Jewlery designer,  as well as photographing her pieces, and design and layout for a mini-catalogue using all these elements.

The idea behind this logo, was to incorporate several concepts into the design: the suggestion of a feminine form, organic/plant-like feel, the idea of jewelry hanging off the fixture, a monogram of Ashley’s name, and evoking the lettering of the slogan ” adorn yourself” I was quite please with the final, pulling in all the elements and so was she!
